Lets look at a few points of interest that we could consider when selecting the best tool.

• $$Money$$- First and foremost will be the cost of this tool. Cost is a major factor for companies and individuals who are looking for any helpful software. "Does the needs for the software weigh up to the software's cost's?"
  

• UI- Great tools can go a miss with terrible UI environments. How does the tool look and feel. Is it user friendly. Does have multiple platforms that it can be used on. E.g. Mobile, Tablet, Web browser?

• Usability- How easy is the tool to use and master. Does it have a shallow or steep learning curve of use? Can a multitude of different user types (Some technical; others not) use the tool correctly. 

• Integrations- Can the tool be used in other tools or connect to other apps? Will it allow connection to your previous management tool? Is it stored physically or online like google drive?
